Be treated as an individual, be given the attention and focus you deserve to achieve your goals! A personal approach to helping you achieve your goals in strength, fitness and nutrition. Training is done in small groups of around 6-8 people. Our community and culture is like no other!

If you are a complete novice and don’t have never been set foot in a gym or been to intimidated that’s ok you will be well catered and looked after. If you have recurring injuries or sick of your current training regime or plateaued we can help you.

Each person is different has different needs, different goals, different strength and fitness levels so that is why each person is treated as an individual from the assessment and consultation session to their exercise selection and program design. Helping you best reach your potential.

Eye on the detail 🔥

From doing the correct technique to doing press-ups properly, to the correct exercise selection for the individual to correcting movement deficiencies and working on restrictions specific to the individual to a properly periodized strength program no stone is unturned. Looking at the finer detail in a training session can ensure you train safely correct issues and get the most out of it.
