From doing the correct technique to doing press-ups properly, to the correct exercise selection for the individual to correcting movement deficiencies and working on restrictions specific to the individual to a properly periodized strength program no stone is unturned. Looking at the finer detail in a training session can ensure you train safely correct issues and get the most out of it.
